With a degree in Sport Science and 15 years of experience as a single-figure handicap golfer, transitioning into golf fitness was a natural next step for me. I’m deeply passionate about both the sport itself and the wider benefits of long-term health and longevity. Being able to help golfers enhance their performance while improving their overall wellbeing is something I value enormously.
I take a personal approach to coaching and enjoy getting to know each client’s background, goals, and motivations. My training programmes are always customised to your unique needs and experience. I look forward to working with you — and to seeing the progress you make on and off the course.
